Highly recommend!Sean was very helpful to us in our attempt to purchase a business. He wrote up a purchase agreement contract that covered all of our concerns & was easy to read, and he was available to answer all of our questions & explain the various portions of the contract.He also helped us discover that the biz we "almost" purchased was committing copyright infringement. We're so glad he helped us find this out BEFORE the purchase. If we had gone through with the sale that would have then became our problem & we could have ended up getting sued. The biz we almost purchased was super cheap & seemed too good to be true. We're glad that's Sean's additional research helped us avoid making a huge mistake.
